Terms and conditions of use


We understand that you care how information about you is used and shared. We assure you that your personal information we collected through this website will be protected by our strict privacy protection policy, and that any and all personal information you provided to us will be used for the following purpose only:

1. To respond to your inquiries,
2. To provide you with necessary service,
3. To record your warranty registration,
4. To complete business transactions with you.

You agree to allow us to save your personal information collected for above purpose and you shall keep such information up-to-date to give us accurate shipping and contact information.

We will never sell your personal information to any marketing companies/research agencies. We will not share/disclose your personal information to any third party unless in the event that is required by law.

Customers who have registered on this site are reminded to keep your login and password and any and all payment information from being disclosed and used by any other unauthorized party.


Feedback/Review


You agree that feedback/review you leave on this site will be that of evaluation, comments, comparison, and questions about our products and service. We reserve the right to remove feedbacks that we deem as abusive.

Return Policy


 We offer 8 days conditional refund. If you are not happy about your purchase, you can return it to us for refund within 8 days after your purchase. Please note these conditions apply:   
(1) Customer must contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization;
(2) Only purchase price is refundable, shipping cost will not be refunded;
(3) Customer pays return shipping;
(4) Product must be in original package with all accessories and their packaging. No damage, no scratches;
(5) If a product has been installed and/or used, depending on the condition in which it is returned, a  5% re-shelving fees will be charged against your refund to cover the cost for check-up, re-conditioning. re-packaging, and re-placement of installation kit.



Warranty Terms


General Limited Warranty:

The warrantly of producer, that our product is to be free from defective materials and workmanship, when used in intended applications, installed in accordance with the specific installation instruction, used in normal conditions, for one year from date of purchase/installation whichever comes first. We warrant that we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any such defective product at no charge for parts or labor provided the product is safely returned to us by the owner, postage prepaid. Inspection must approve that all defects are as specified. Proof of Purchase is required.
Certain products may carry a warranty term longer or shorter than one year. The terms are clearly stated under each and every one such product.

Limitations:
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective products under the warranty terms. The warranty particularly excludes any and all consequential loss/damages to other components or premises or content stored which may result for any reason from the failure of the product. Our warranty excludes any of following:

   1. The warranty is in null and void for product that is not installed in accordance with the specific installation instructions.
   2. The warranty is in null and void for product that is misused, neglected, abused, modified, altered or damaged by accident or otherwise deemed by us as not being used in a proper application or stored in a proper manner for the product.
   3. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including surface scratches by accidental or normal wear during use. The warranty does not cover installation hardware damaged as a result of installation and normal usage wear. The warranty does not cover any damages and/or losses caused by forceful removal and/or theft.

Except specified in this warranty, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Trading Online 24 shall under no condition be responsible for incidental or consequential damages and cost other than set forth above.

How to obtain warranty service:
Should the product or parts of the product be defective during its warranty term, you must first contact us for a warranty return authorization. After you receive such authorization, you will send the defective to us, postage prepaid, with proof of purchase and return authorization code. You must clearly declare on the shipping waybill as “Return for Service”.  The replacement product or parts will be sent to you once the return defective product or part is received and inspected.  

Unauthorized returns will be refused and the purchaser will be liable for shipping charges in both directions.

NOTE:Some logos or pictures are property of the respective brands. If you would like to remove these pictures please write us and we will remove it as soon as possible.

 

IMPORT FEES TAX:

Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country:

    * Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.
       
    * Whatever you order from Trading Online 24 we will send you. We won't enforce any rules so it's up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.
       
    * Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high,and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments. We are not responsable for any Sales Tax, Import Duty or restriction.

And with iGo8 it's just great! It works well in my Seat Ibiza 6L.
I don't want to drive without it anymore! =)
